When I first started the batchmaker, I was kiddo-less, job-less (visa situation) and just baking my way thru life. Whether it was for a gathering, my husband’s work, for a hang with friends while watching the weekly episode of the Walking Dead- food has always given me life- and purpose, and joy. So much joy.
Fast forward to people wanting to purchase my baked goods, I started with the first #batchbox (I was one kiddo in) and I sold 16 boxes in about 2 minutes (I couldn’t believe it). Then I was terrified but sold twice as much the following month, and well… the rest is history. We now have a pink bakery that has highs and lows and slow and busy seasons and, well, creativity is always flowing here and we thought the best way to A) Connect with YOU, and B) provide a unique and EXCLUSIVE tasting opportunity for people to partake in and C) combine the same sentiment of the Batchbox and Batchtesters and having that connection with a smaller audience while also doing my thang.

*Basically, we become besties and I will personally be in charge of all communication sent your way- I am the world’s most extra communicator (ask mr Batchmaker ;) ) and if something cool is coming or we are testing- you will know as soon as my team, my husband and my best friends know.
Here are some FAQs for you to glance over before subscribing.
WHAT IS IN EACH BOX? Each box will be different, curated for that month/holiday. For example, In january- you will be automatically getting our Taylor Swift batchbox and in February you will be getting valentinesy treats but in March I might send home a box with a croissant and some other goodies and I’m positive in April or May the box subscribers will go home with a bottle of our tres leches draft before it goes back on sale to everyone else ;) (see…I said it: EXCLUSIVE).
CAN I CANCEL? We ask that if you commit, you do so with the intention of subscribing for the entire year. And if you stick with us- you will get an extra surprise at the end!
CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION? Sadly no. If you’d like to cancel you can, but we ask that you commit, you do so thinking you’re sticking it out for the whole year. We only have a limited amount of spots and would HATE for some to be taken and we sell out and then someone cancels a month or few months in and took someone else’s spot. Hope you understand!
WHEN DO I PAY EACH MONTH? Square will charge you the 1st of the month!
WHERE CAN I PICK UP? funsies! You can pick up at the batchhouse OR at Moxie Matthews or Moxie Fort Mill!!!!! Yippeeeeee. We do need to know if you are one of the moxie pick ups beforehand so when you check out click on the modifier that you want a moxie pick up!
DO YOU SHIP? Sadly not yet. Shipping is a beast of an undertaking and well, while I do have an amazing team that help me run the bakery and bake the goodies- I am usually pretty busy and I need more time to look into it and properly make sure we have kinks worked out. I promise 2024 is the year I try!
WHAT DAYS ARE PICK UPS? We will send out a schedule to your email beforehand (the month prior) so you can plan ahead. We will try to accomodate, of course, but it will always be on a Friday.
WHAT IF IM OUT OF TOWN? You can ask a friend or neighbor to pick up or gift to a friend and be the HERO of the day!
WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUYING A SUBSCRUMPTION VERSUS COMING TO THE CASE? Well, the subscribers will get access to all new creations before anyone else AND also an automatic batchbox! You’re VIP and we will make sure these 12 boxes rock your socks off. Also, you can support us and commit to it for a whole year (thats a lot of commitment I know- but it means SO MUCH to us and we hope this is the baby step to something HUGE). Some favorites will be in some of these boxes too- so no worries, you’ll get an OCP from time to time ;)
ARE THE BOXES AVAILABLE FOR FOOD RESTRICTIONS? We wont have any DF/GF available but we will accomodate peanut allergies. If you have a peanut allergy (maybe a spouse or a child) and you’d like to keep separate, we can absolutely do this for you and bag that item separately.
WHAT IS SO EXCLUSIVE ABOUT THIS? You will get each of the batchboxes we do throughout the year. All boxes are unique and fun and predetermined (there will be no substitutions other than nut allergies). We also send you fun items that no one has tasted but is maybe on the way. You also get first dibs on everything. For example, we have a Taylor Swift batchbox and a Taylor Swift Taylor’s edition box. By signing up you get the batchbox for free that month (as your monthly box) AND first dibs in case you wanted to upgrade (and only pay the difference) to get Taylors version. Also also also- say you wanted Easter order or Mother’s day order as soon as orders open…well you can, since you have first DIBS. Best for last (ish): in November, you will get to pick your pie (that counts as your box for the month PLUS another treat tbd) and boom- Thanksgiving dessert taken care of! Have a bigger fam and need more than one pie? Remember the first dibs thing? yeah yeah- you ALSO get to be the first to tell us if you want to ADD another pie to your Thanksgiving order. CHAMP. Look at you taking care of it way ahead of everyone else.

CAN I SIGN UP IN 2024? At the moment, we are only opening up slots until December 31st.
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION? $50 if you sign up 12/21 - 12/25 or $55 if you sign up 12/26-12/31. Your first charge will be 01/01/2024.
HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU? I’ve created an email address dedicated solely to communicating with subscribers. BESTIE STATUS!
HOW MANY TREATS IN EACH BOX? I don’t want to limit myself! I know for example: July could be an 8 x 8 peach cobbler AND 6 mini cookies but June might be 6 regular sized treats. You’re rolling the dice and trusting me. I know that’s a huge deal. This is meant to be fun!
