Hi friends! My name is Cristina Rojas and I’m the Batchmaker. I was born and raised in Honduras, but now live in Charlotte with my husband, Pablo, and our two kiddos. I’ve been baking cakes and cookies since I was a kid, filling up tables at bake sales with whatever I could. After years of baking for friends and family, I’m proud to be serving the greater Charlotte area, whipping up some delicious batches for you all to try!
